Payment and Payment Plans

Payment is required at the time of booking for all consultations. Dr Baigel is happy to discuss payment options in strict confidence and can work with you to arrange a payment plan if needed. Dr Baigel will not turn away any client due to an inability to pay the full consultation fee. If this is a concern, please contact Dr Baigel before booking to discuss possible options.

Chaperones for Consultations and Examinations

Dr Baigel is committed to providing a safe, comfortable environment where patients and staff can be confident that best practices are always followed.

All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present during any consultation, examination, or procedure. The chaperone may be a relative, friend, or a member of staff. In some cases, Dr Baigel may request a chaperone to be present.

If you wish to have a chaperone during your consultation, please inform Dr Baigel before your consultation begins. If an examination is required during the consultation, Dr Baigel will offer a chaperone for this purpose. If you choose to decline the offer, this will be noted in your medical records.

Cancellations

Dr Baigel reserves the right to charge the full fee for non-attendance at booked appointments. Cancellations prevent other patients from accessing available slots.

• Less than 24 hours before your appointment: No refund will be given. If payment has not been made, you will be invoiced for the full consultation fee, payable within 7 days.
• Between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment: A £20 admin fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
• More than 48 hours before your appointment: A £10 admin fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

In cases of emergency or illness, please notify Dr Baigel as soon as possible so that you can arrange to reschedule your appointment.
