Shipping Information and Policies
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping:
- Delivered via courier.
- Shipping times may vary.
- Next Day Delivery:
- Available for mainland UK only.
- Orders must be placed before 3pm, Monday-Friday, to qualify.
- We offer Next Day Delivery, usually via Royal Mail 24 Tracked. However, please note that this service does not guarantee next-day delivery, and delays may occasionally occur. Dr Silberstein Clinic is not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail.
- Pump Shipping:
- Please choose this option if you are ordering a pump or if your order totals more than £100, otherwise your shipment may be delayed or cancelled.
Important Notes:
- We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs for remote areas and locations other than mainland UK. Next day delivery is not available for these orders. Please request a quote before placing your order.
- Full shipping costs are payable in advance of posting.
- We can only guarantee posting orders out the same day if the order is placed before 3pm, Monday-Friday.
- We handle orders (including checking stock availability) Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm. We do not ship orders over the weekend.
