Rachel Valinsky-Miller
Osteopath, Cranial and Paediatric Osteopath
Family focused osteopathy alleviating tensions and strains within the body.
Rachel is a compassionate and experienced osteopath specialising in gentle, family-focused care. Using cranial osteopathy, a delicate, light-touch technique, Rachel identifies and releases tension in the body. This gentle approach is particularly suited to babies and young children, making it an ideal choice for easing discomfort in infants, while also supporting mothers in recovery from pregnancy and birth.
Since graduating from the British School of Osteopathy in 2009 (now the University College of Osteopathy, part of the Health Sciences University), Rachel has completed extensive postgraduate training and qualified as an Infant Feeding Coach. This unique combination allows her to provide comprehensive feeding assessments, supporting families in those precious early weeks and months to establish a comfortable and positive feeding journey.
With over a decade of experience, Rachel offers her expertise with a nurturing, personal approach. Based in North London, she sees patients at Dr Silberstein’s clinic and also treats families in the comfort of their own homes. As a mother of two herself, Rachel truly understands family life and is dedicated to helping parents and children feel supported and cared for every step of the way.
